Long size for medium to heavy flow days and overnight, medium for regular days, and a small panty liner for light flow. Simply fasten around your knickers using the adjustable poppers with two settings for a slip-free fit. They are a safe and convenient alternative to disposable pads. Wear with the microfleece side against your skin, and store in the leak-proof wet bag between washes.
